REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Home of Headlights does not provide refund once service has been provided to you “the Customer” by us.
Due to the custom nature and bespoke aspects of these products and services, we do not accept returns, but we will replace defective components within the warranty period.
Each product and service is unique and custom made, so no refunds are offered. Product and service costs are a combination of time spent and irreversibly changed product / inventory, as requested by the customer.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount must be paid at checkout for custom headlights.
If you cannot keep your reservation, you can change your reservation, but it requires a clear number of days, at least 7 days from the reservation date, the maximum you can change the reservation period from the original reservation date is to 21 days. Reschedule the reservation 2 times (or more than the original booking date) we hold the right to canceling the service and holding a 70% deposit to cover the time and costs associated with the service and booking.
If you miss a reservation without contacting us, your order will be canceled at the end of your reservation and a 70% deposit will be withheld to cover the time and costs associated with the service you were absent.
Remaining payments (if applicable) will be refunded within 7 business days.
If you pay the full amount of the service and want to cancel before the start date, a cancellation percentage of 20% the fee will apply. This covers part of the investment in time and part of the cost of irreversibly changing the product to the desired specifications. The remaining payment will be refunded within 7 business days.
If, at any time, we record a decline, chargeback or other rejection of a charge of any due and payable service fees on Customer’s Account (“Chargeback”), this will be considered as a breach of Customer’s payment obligations hereunder, and Customer’s use of the Service may be disabled or terminated and such use of the Service will not resume until Customer re-subscribes for any such Service, and pay any applicable Subscription Fees in full, including any fees and expenses incurred by us and/or any Third Party Service for each Chargeback received (including handling and processing charges and fees incurred by the payment processor), without derogating from any other remedy that may be applicable to us under these Terms or applicable law.
